How do I figure out my ring size?

There are a few easy ways to find the right fit:

• Pop into your local jeweller and have your finger (or a ring that fits you well) measured

• Measure the inside diameter of a ring you already own and send it through to us

• Order one of our reusable ring sizers — we’ll pop it in the post for you

Can I supply my own stones or metal?

We’re more than happy to work with your existing gemstones, as long as we’ve had a chance to check them over first. We can also carefully remove stones from sentimental or vintage pieces.

We don’t work with customer-supplied metals for remodelling — only because we can’t guarantee the quality or strength, and we want your piece to last.

What’s the difference between 9ct and 18ct gold?

• 9ct gold contains 37.5% pure gold and is blended with other metals like copper and silver. It’s strong, reliable, and perfect for everyday wear.

• 18ct gold is 75% pure gold, giving it a richer tone and a higher value — you’ll notice the difference in both colour and price.
