We pack every order with care. All orders are sent with Australia Post, with tracking and signature on delivery. Adding a contact number at checkout helps your parcel arrive smoothly.
Dispatch times depend on the piece:
- Ready-made pieces (including The Pin) - within 1-3 business days
- Made-to-order and custom pieces - approximately 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise advised
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you order a made-to-order or custom piece alongside other items, we'll hold your order and send everything together once it's all ready. You'll receive tracking by email once your order has been dispatched.

Australia:
- Australia Post Express - $15 (free on orders over $400)
International:
- New Zealand, Standard International - $25
- Rest of world, DHL Express - $40

A guide only, once dispatched:
- Metro - approx. 1-2 business days
- Regional - approx. 2-4 business days
- Rural & remote - approx. 3-10 business days
ESTIMATED DELIVERY - INTERNATIONAL

- New Zealand - approx. 3-10 business days
- Rest of world - approx. 3-10 business days, depending on customs processing
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please check your junk or spam folder if it doesn't appear. Track your parcel here:

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
Orders are sent with tracking and generally require a signature on delivery. If you're not home, the carrier may leave a collection card or reschedule in line with their policy.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched we're unable to redirect it or change the address, and we can't be responsible for parcels delayed or misdirected due to incorrect details. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as you can and we'll do our best to help before dispatch.
DELIVERY DELAYS
All timeframes are a guide and depend on the carrier and customs. We're not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs inspections, or busy periods such as public holidays and sales - but we'll always help where we can.
LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
